This website is essentially a digital business card. I do not use contact forms, tracking cookies or social media pixels.
Inquiries & Professional Services
If you choose to contact me via email to discuss working together, I will retain your name and email address solely for the purposes of responding to your inquiry and delivering any agreed-upon writing services. I do not use this information for marketing or share it with third parties.
Server Logs
My web host, InMotion Hosting, automatically processes your IP address in server log files for technical security and performance. This is a legitimate interest and a standard requirement for website operation.
Data Retention
I retain inquiry emails for the duration of our professional relationship or as long as required for tax/accounting purposes.
Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access the data I hold about you, request corrections or ask for your information to be deleted. You can exercise these rights at any time by emailing me (Lorre Luther) at info@lorreluther.com. I am located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
